Lead digital transformation, partner integrations, and strategic projects across markets. Requires strong cross-border coordination, structured execution, and alignment of tech, business, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects across functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery
- Solve complex problems proactively, even in unfamiliar areas, by quickly learning and adapting
- Coordinate with partners and vendors (local & overseas), managing performance, timelines, and quality
- Drive execution of events, campaigns, and business activations with seamless cross-team collaboration
- Work with Product & IT to translate business needs into structured, trackable deliverables
- Support strategic and ad-hoc initiatives with clear reporting, insights, and cross-functional alignment
